What Caregress provides
Caregress is a directory and discovery platform for licensed California residential care facilities for the elderly. Caregress may display public licensing data, operator-managed profile content, facility-provided photos, and public feedback workflows.
No placement, ranking, or recommendation
Caregress is not a placement service, referral agency, ranking system, or recommendation service. Caregress does not recommend facilities or guarantee suitability for any person or care need.
No medical or legal advice
Information on Caregress is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, or professional care-planning advice.
Public data and third-party content
Caregress may display public licensing data and third-party content, including facility-managed profile content and facility-provided photos. Caregress may transform, normalize, and supplement source data, but does not guarantee absolute completeness, currentness, or accuracy.
No government affiliation or endorsement
Caregress is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or recommended by the State of California, the California Department of Social Services, or California Open Data.
User responsibilities
You agree not to misuse Caregress, interfere with the service, submit fraudulent claims, send spam, abuse forms, scrape unlawfully, upload materials you do not have rights to use, or otherwise violate applicable law or these terms.
Intellectual property and photos
Caregress owns or licenses the platform design, software, branding, and original site content except where other rights are stated.
Facility photos displayed on Caregress are provided by facilities or their authorized representatives. Copyright in those photos remains with the facility or the original rights holder. Copying, downloading, republishing, or reusing facility photos requires permission directly from the facility or applicable rights holder.
Facility accounts and subscriptions
Operators who claim facilities or purchase subscriptions are responsible for the accuracy of operator-managed content they publish through Caregress and for maintaining appropriate authority to act on behalf of the facility.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Caregress at any time, including features, listing functionality, workflows, and subscription offerings.
Disclaimer of warranties
Caregress is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codeflax LLC and Caregress are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on directory information, facility content, public data, or third-party services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
