Caregress is operated by Codeflax LLC.

- Account and facility information, including sign-in details, facility claims, supporting files, profile content, and subscription status.
- Information you submit through inquiries, listing issue reports, messages, and other forms.
- Commercial information related to subscriptions and billing. Payment card processing is handled by Stripe, and Caregress does not store full payment card details.
- Internet or other electronic activity information, such as interactions with facility profiles.
- Technical, operational, and security information, such as request information, security identifiers, and system logs.
We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the platform, from facility operators and representatives, and from service providers that support Caregress.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and secure Caregress.

- To process facility claims and subscriptions.
- To deliver inquiries and support communications between visitors and facility operators.

Inquiry information may be disclosed to the relevant facility operator so the facility can respond. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect Caregress or others, or in connection with a business transaction.
Caregress does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
